The
Senior Resource Center
The Senior Collection
As we age, we should be able to continue to educate and entertain ourselves.
The Senior Collection offers materials of interest to senior citizens
that meet these criteria.
- Books, periodicals and videotapes addressing such topics as retirement
and finances, health/wellness, emotional and spiritual being, housing/home
safety, music and drama, specialized cookbooks and nutrition topics,
leisure activities, creative arts, and consumer issues
- Poetry and fiction which acknowledges and often celebrates aging
- Large print media including books, several periodicals, and even
piano music
